Please join us in welcoming the newly elected members of the AmCham Romania Board of Directors and Auditing Committee, following the March 31, 2020 Annual General Meeting and elections.

The eight new members of the Board begin their two-year mandate and join the five Board members who are halfway through their mandate.

Ionuț Simion, Country Managing Partner PwC Romania (second year of the two-year mandate) was elected by the Board to serve as President for the mandate ending with the next AGM and elections, while Jovan Radosavljevic, General Manager of Coca-Cola HBC Romania (second year of the two-year mandate) and Omer Tetik, CEO of Banca Transilvania (newly elected) have been appointed as Vice-Presidents.

The AmCham Romania Board of Directors also includes the following members:

• Cristian Agalopol, Central & Eastern Head Securities and Capital Markets– Citibank- newly elected
• Dorin Pena, General Manager - Cisco Romania – newly elected
• Anca Damour, Executive Board Member - Carrefour Romania – newly elected
• Alexandru Reff, Country Managing Partner - Deloitte Romania - second year of the two-year mandate
• Alexander Milcev, Tax& Law Leader Romania, Partner – EY Romania – newly elected
• Daniela Nemoianu, Senior Partner - Nemoianu Consulting- second year of the two-year mandate
• Elisabeta Moraru, Country General Manager -  Google Romania- second year of the two-year mandate
• Sevan Kaloustian, Managing Director –Janssen, Johnson & Johnson Romania– newly elected
• Violeta Luca, Country General Manager – Microsoft Romania – newly elected
• Roberto Musneci, Co-Founder & Senior Partner – Șerban & Musneci Associates– newly elected

The elected members of the AmCham Auditing Committee are: Codruta Pisa - Advisory Expert JAAD, Oana Nicorescu - Apex Team and Manuela Furdui – Finexpert.
