Vlasceanu & Partners is pleased to announce that it has provided legal assistance to Vienna Energy Forta Naturala SRL, part of Wien Energie Group, throughout the procurement process for the award of the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC), with a total value exceeding EUR 25 million, related to the project “Construction of the Sancel Photovoltaic Power Plant” (45 MWp).
The project was submitted for financing under the Modernization Fund.
Vlasceanu & Partners assisted Vienna Energy Forta Naturala SRL throughout the entire procurement procedure, including the preparation and management of the tender documentation, as well as the award and execution pf ther EPC contract with the selected Contractor for the Sancel Photovoltaic Power Plant.
This mandate forms part of the ambitious renewable energy strategy of Vienna Energy Naturala SRL, which includes the development of multiple photovoltaic power plants as well as battery energy storage systems (BESS) across Romania.
