Vlasceanu & Partners is pleased to announce that we have assisted Econergy (through its Romanian SPV) in connection with the € 40.5 million project financing made available by UniCredit Bank for the development of the 87 MW Oradea photovoltaic project.

Our involvement throughout the financing process included assistance in relation to the issuance of the project due diligence report for the financing, structuring of the transaction, the review and negotiation of the financing package and related security arrangements and guiding our client through all stages up to signing and completion. The financing team involved included Loredana Vlasceanu (Partner), Madalina Mailat (Counsel) and Mihai Uricariu (Associate). This work was carried out with support from our due diligence team, including Raluca Spinu (Partner), Mihaela Farin (Counsel) and Stefania David (Managing Associate), which ensured that all project-level aspects were aligned with the requirements of the lender and the transaction.
