How to complete and submit the 230 Form?

2.           Download here the form

• Fill out the form: Complete the editable fields.
• If you wish to support the cause for two years, check the box at section II.2.
• Sign the form: You can sign the form digitally using Adobe Reader or manually.

3. Submit the form:

Email: Send the completed form to prieten@fundatiaregala.ro   and we will submit it to ANAF for you.

Mail: Alternatively, mail the original form to our office at:

Str. Nicolae Haralambie nr. 37, Sector 4, Bucharest, Romania.

Deadline: Submit Form 230 by May 25, 2025.
