Vlasceanu & Partners has advised TDI Renewables on the EUR 25.5 million financing provided by Raiffeisen Bank International AG for the development of the Iratosu solar project in Arad County, Romania.

Our team is proud to have supported TDI Renewables throughout the entire financing process, from the drafting and negotiation of the finance documents to financial close, coordinating all financing-related legal workstreams and assisting with the satisfaction of the conditions precedent.

The financing was led by Madalina Mailat (Counsel), working alongside Loredana Vlasceanu (Partner), Martha Busuiocescu (Senior Associate) and Mihai Uricariu (Associate).
