Filip & Company law firm has assisted Global Vision Investment Fund in concluding a financing agreement with Banca Comercială Română, for a total of EUR 12.7 million, to finance the construction works of the Diehl Aviation industrial project in Craiova.

The financing includes a development loan facility with a top-up facility, applicable on the completion of works, and is intended for the development of the industrial asset nearing completion.
