Filip & Company law firm has assisted Fortress Real Estate Investments Limited in connection with its latest logistics investment in Romania, through a completed acquisition forming part of a joint venture with Garbe Industrial.

In December 2025, the joint venture acquired an 11-hectare site in the north-west of Bucharest, adjacent to the new A0 ring road near the Buftea / DN7 exit. On this land, the joint venture plans the development of a new Class A logistics centre with approximately 61,000 sqm GLA. The location offers strong connectivity to all areas of Bucharest and key national and regional transport corridors.
