In this context, we are pleased to announce that Aurora Petre is joining the Accace team as Managing Director in Romania.
In Romania, Accace provides outsourced accounting, payroll and HR administration services, complemented by tax, legal, corporate and transaction advisory. As part of an international group present in more than 60 locations, we support both local and international companies in managing their recurring operations as well as in advisory projects tailored to their development needs.
Aurora Petre brings over 25 years of professional experience gained in local and international organizations across fields such as consulting, financial services and banking, where she has held leadership, advisory, audit, risk and compliance roles. Throughout her career, she has focused on strategic thinking, organizational transformation, team development and the achievement of sustainable results, through people-oriented leadership and process efficiency, including automation and technological improvements.

These changes will further strengthen our BPO services in accounting, payroll and HR administration, as well as our tax advisory, transaction advisory, corporate and legal services, the latter being provided through our partner law firm, Pašek-Vîrlan, Constantin SPARL.
