Filip & Company law firm provided legal assistance to BT Property, an alternative real estate investment fund for professional investors managed by INNO Investments SAI SA, in relation to the acquisition of the Record Park office complex in Cluj-Napoca from Aya Properties Fund, an investment fund based in Belgium.

Record Park is an approximately 15,000 sq. m office complex located in a central area of Cluj-Napoca. Beside office premises, the project includes a fitness centre, a swimming pool, a restaurant, co-working spaces, and an underground parking lot with over 200 parking spaces. Developed in 2020, the project transformed a former industrial area into a modern mixed-use complex.
