Filip & Company has assisted UniCredit Bank S.A., in its capacity as Coordinating Mandate Lead Arranger, Bookrunner, and Original Lender, and ING Bank N.V. Amsterdam – Bucharest Branch, in its capacity as Mandate Lead Arranger and Original Lender, in relation to the structuring and provision of a up to EUR 115 million loan for Teilor Group.
The financial package includes refinancing, investment, and revolving facilities designed to support the Group's development and the implementation of its growth strategy.
