The law firm bpv GRIGORESCU STEFANICA announces promotion of three senior lawyers within the team.
As of 1 March, Laura Popa (Labour Law) is appointed managing associate, while Andreea Lupsa (Labour Law) and Denisa Kopandi (Commercial Law) are promoted to senior associate.

Laura Popa is part of our Employment Law team and contributes to complex projects for our clients. Throughout her career, Laura has advised locally and internationally on various labour relations issues, participated in complex restructuring projects, corporate transfers, compliance investigations, various disciplinary investigations, and related litigation, and prepared and negotiated management and labour agreements, collective bargaining agreements and a variety of internal policies and procedures.
Andreea Lupsa is part of the same Employment Law team and advises clients in employment matters, such as drafting internal regulations and policies, collective bargaining, internal investigations of workplace harassment, disciplinary dismissals, restructuring, as well as the negotiation and termination by mutual agreement of individual employment contracts. Andreea also represents clients in employment law litigation. Her experience also includes legal assistance in environmental law matters.
Denisa Kopandi is a Competition and Commercial Law team member providing legal advice on complex issues of competition law, mergers and acquisitions, banking and financial law, insurance law, consumer protection, and general commercial law issues. With significant experience, Denisa has provided legal assistance on various transactions and projects, both locally and internationally, working for top clients, most of whom are leaders in their sectors. Denisa is also a member of our Technology, Media and Telecommunications practice and advises clients on digital and industrial technology, advertising and commercial agreements.
