Our team of lawyers assisted Autonom International (“Autonom”) throughout all legal and regulatory stages leading to the completion of the transaction through which the investment holding acquired a 20% ownership in Eazy Asigurari. Initiated with the signing of the agreement in March 2025, the transaction was formally completed following FDI clearance and approval by the Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF), marking the group’s official entry into Eazy Asigurari’s shareholding structure.

Known for its extensive expertise in the automotive industry and its sustainable business model, the Autonom Group enters Eazy Insurance’s shareholding as a portfolio investor. While maintaining a non-executive role in the company’s management, the group will support Eazy Insurance’s growth by leveraging its significant know-how in the mobility and financial services sectors.

The entire mandate encompassed the initial due diligence process, negotiation of the investment structure, drafting of all transaction documents, and representation of the client before regulatory authorities to secure the approvals necessary for the investment.
