AmCham Romania Events Business Breakfast with Penny Pritzker, U.S. Special Representative for Ukraine's Economic Recovery

AmCham Romania is honored to invite member companies to a business breakfast with Penny Pritzker, U.S. Special Representative for Ukraine's Economic Recovery.

The event takes place on Wednesday, April 3, 2024from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AMat JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel - Grand Ballroom D and is open to business leaders in the AmCham Romania community. Please be aware that limited seating is available at this event and we can therfore only accommodate the participation of two representatives of each member company.

Registration and welcome coffee start at 8:00 AM.Please note that, due to Special Representative Pritzker's tight program, the event will begin at 8:30 AM and end at 9:30 AM sharp, with no late registration.

Participants will have the opportunity to learn more about the international effort to support Ukraine's economic recovery and reconstruction, as well as about business and investment opportunities, and will be of particular interest to companies in the

About Special Representative Penny Pritzker

As U.S. Special Representative for Ukraine's Economic Recovery, Penny Pritzker works with the Ukrainian government, the G7, the EU, international financial institutions, international partners, and the American private sector to help forge Ukraine’s future as a prosperous, secure, European democracy. Special Representative Pritzker drives efforts to shape donor priorities through the Multi-Agency Donor Coordination Platform to align them with Ukraine’s needs and to galvanize international partners to increase their support for Ukraine. She also works closely with the government of Ukraine as it intensifies reforms needed to win the future, open export markets, mobilize FDI, and catalyze economic recovery.

She was appointed by President Biden on September 14, 2023 and had previously served as the 38th U.S. Secretary of Commerce in the Obama Administration.
