Pfizer has been present in Romania for over 25 years, with significant local investments in research & development, production and sales & marketing of a broad portfolio of medicines and consumer health care products, contributing to the improvement of the health of Romanians. In 2011 Pfizer expanded its operations locally by acquiring the Ferossan production unit in Cluj-Napoca and in 2017 the company opened a regional supply planning hub in Bucharest. Pfizer currently employs more than 350 highly skilled employees.
