Grampet Group

GRAMPET Group is the largest private rail freight and logistics operator in Romania and Central and South Eastern Europe, and the first Romanian-based multinational.

Established in 1999, it started with the objective to one day connect the Atlantic Ocean through the North Sea, to the Pacific, through the South China Sea.

Its network currently spans Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, Moldova Republic, Slovakia, Croatia, Austria, Germany, Serbia, and Greece.

In September 2018, the GRAMPET Group became the first European company to join the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route, an initiative of Chinese, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan governments for developing a new Asia – Europe multimodal transports corridor as part of the New Silk Road.

Being one of the main drivers for transport corridors development between the two continents, GRAMPET's structure is strategically designed to span the entire chain of rail transport solutions and products, thus offering clients an integrated experience.
