AmCham Romania launches new Guidelines to assist companies consolidate their corporate governance policies and practices. 

• The new edition is part of the AmCham agenda to promote ethics and integrity in business and the fight against corruption in the public and private sectors alike.
• The Guidelines on Process Design & Implementation of an Anti-Corruption Risk Control Management Systems is applicable to businesses irrespective of turnover and industry.
