GUIDELINES on the Role of the Compliance Officer complements the series of similar AmCham documents elaborated by the AmCham Governance Committee aiming to offer members of our community practical tools and advice for building and enhancing a compliance framework.

Guidelines on the Role of the Chief Compliance Officer are to be shared with SOEs and authorities as well and all members are encouraged to share this document with relevant third parties in their business network.
