North Carolina Defense & Dual-Use Business Delegation to Romania

A defense and dual-use business delegation organized by the Economic Development Partnership of North Carolina (EDPNC) will travel to Romania in late September to learn about market expansion opportunities and connect with potential local partners.

Between September 29th and October 1st, 2026, a delegation of defense and dual-use companies based in North Carolina will travel to Bucharest and Constanța to explore opportunities to expand their business on the Romanian market. The U.S. companies in the delegation will also be searching for potential local partners to work with as they expand to Romania.

AmCham Romania is pleased to be able offer B2B engagement opportunities for member companies throughout the delegation's stay in Bucharest. Interested member companies can meet with the North Carolina delegates for 1:1 short business meetings on September 29th or during AmCham Romania's annual Back2Business Networking Cocktail taking place on September 29th, from 6:30 PM, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel - Pine Garden.
