A VC funds and startups principals delegation will travel to Timișoara in mid-September to explore the Romanian technology market and engage with local technology companies looking to scale on the American market.

The delegation brings together senior business leaders - including managing partners, general partners, and company founders - to explore opportunities for local partnerships, business expansion, and investment.

AmCham Romania is pleased to announce our partnership to the upcoming delegation visiting Timișoara between September 23-24, 2026. Through this partnership, we aim to facilitate meaningful connections between the visiting U.S. delegation and Romania’s business and investment community, creating opportunities for collaboration, knowledge exchange, and long-term partnerships for member companies and the wider business community in Romania.

A full day of 1:1 meetings and focused roundtables covering investment pipelines, market entry, growth financing, commercial partnerships, research and development, and university collaboration. The day concludes with a private dinner.

September 24 — AmCham Regional Conference in Timișoara

The delegation joins the AmCham Romania conference in Timișoara. Keynotes and panels focus on transatlantic investment, technology, and economic cooperation. Private discussions and business matching continue after the event.

September 25 — Farewell Brunch & Departures

Optional follow-up meetings, farewell brunch, and departures.
