On 22 March at 19:00, guests are invited to discover a refined Italian culinary journey in a spectacular Belle Époque setting. The evening unfolds through a series of sophisticated courses — from delicate seafood and Adriatic risotto to tortellini with 30-month aged Parmigiano Reggiano and a Rossini-style beef with foie gras and black truffle — concluding with the signature Coccobello al Mare dessert, all paired with a curated selection of Jidvei wines.
