Ijdelea & Associates is proud to announce that Managing Partner Oana Ijdelea has been appointed as Board Member of Black Sea Oil & Gas (BSOG) thus furthering the longstanding involvement and contribution to the company's operations in Romania in relation to which Oana has been successfully leading the legal and advocacy efforts since 2012. BSOG, a venture of The Carlyle Group and The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development is the country's third natural gas producer and the only company that developed a new offshore gas production and infrastructure project (MGD Project) in the last 35 years in Romania. BSOG is also the pioneer of biomethane production in Romania, through the projects under development by its subsidiary BSOG Energy, targeting a total installed power of 250 MW.

Oana Ijdelea has over 18 years of experience as a business lawyer, advising on complicated and strategic matters involving C-suite decision making for industries that are most highly regulated, where compliance with the law and applicable regulations is most critical, most closely-monitored, and most strictly enforced. 

Currently, Oana holds the position as board member in the following organizations: The Romanian Wind Energy Association, Hospice Casa Sperantei and The Friends of the National Museum of Art of Romania.
