Ijdelea & Associates has advised BSOG Energy on the structuring, negotiation and signing of the Development and Feedstock Supply Agreements for the first project in the company’s portfolio of biomethane production facilities in Romania. The project, targeting an installed capacity of 15 to 20 MW, will be developed by BSOG Energy in partnership with DN AGRAR, reflecting the new partnership's joint commitment to sustainability, innovation, and long-term investment in Romania’s renewable energy sector.

Under the newly signed agreements:

• BSOG Energy will develop the project and fully provide the EUR 30 million required investment
• DN AGRAR will supply organic feedstock from its farms over a 15-year term
• Operations are expected to start by early 2028 and are subject to BSOG Energy taking #FID on the project
