Ijdelea & Associates have assisted Eiffel Investment Group in relation to the entering into a joint venture with R.Power Renewables for the financing and development of a BESS project, with an envisaged capacity of 127 MW/254 MWh and an overall value of EUR 57 million. This new project strengthens the successful partnership that started between the companies almost two years ago.
The Ijdelea & Associates team was jointly coordinated by Partners Oana Ijdelea and Siranus Hahamian. Managing Associate Andreea Tudor provided key support alongside Senior Associate Robert Nita, while Partner Cosmin Pohaci was in charge of handling the FDI approval process.
This strategic transaction further consolidates the highly-skilled interdisciplinary expertise of the firm’s Energy Practice and reconfirms their commitment for ensuring a sustainable energy transition.
