Filip & Company has provided legal assistance in the establishment of the International Stock Exchange of Moldova, a project that is essential for the development of a modern capital market connected to regional and international financial flows.
On 31 October 2025, ten strategic partners signed the Shareholders’ Agreement, marking a major milestone for the operationalization of the new stock exchange institution in the Republic of Moldova. The agreement was signed by the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE), Agenția Proprietății Publice, maib, Donaris Vienna Insurance Group, GRAWE Carat Asigurări, Moldindconbank, @MK Kredit, OTP Bank Moldova, Moldcell and Premier Energy România.
The project implementation schedule provides for the official registration of the International Stock Exchange of Moldova on 2 December 2025, followed by the completion of operational preparations, including the implementation of internal procedures and trading mechanisms, by 30 March 2026. The process will be completed once official authorization has been obtained from the National Commission for Financial Markets (CNPF), estimated for 30 June 2026.
