Filip & Company law firm has provided legal assistance to BT Capital Partners S.A., Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG, Erste Group Bank AG, J.P. Morgan SE, Raiffeisen Bank International AG and UniCredit Bank GmbH which acted as arrangers in the transaction by which the National Natural Gas Company ROMGAZ SA (“ROMGAZ”) carried out the second bonds issue under the Euro Medium Term Notes Program (“EMTN Program”), for a total amount of EUR 500,000,000, with a 6-year maturity.
The underwriting process took place on 28 October 2025, with an annual coupon of 4.625% and the bonds maturing on 4 November 2031. The issue was oversubscribed by about 8 times, confirming the high interest of institutional investors and their confidence in the development strategy of ROMGAZ, including in the Neptun Deep project.
