Working closely with the Nokian Tyres corporate and local teams, BDR Associates was responsible for the strategic planning and execution of all Communication and Public Affairs activities surrounding the event. The agency secured high-level media coverage, coordinated attendance from key national and local officials, including the Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu, and managed the smooth flow of the event’s logistics in collaboration with the Finnish event agency TAPAUS.
