U.S. Business Visa Facilitation Program

The U.S. Business Visa Facilitation Program (BVFP) allows AmCham Romania to schedule priority visa interview appointments, exclusively for employees of member companies who have confirmed business travel to the United States in the upcoming period.

How to apply for a B1/B2 U.S. visa:   

Step 1 — Complete the DS-160 form

Please fill out and submit the DS-160 online.

Step 2 — Create an account on the US Visa Scheduling platform

Register on the USVisaScheduling portal and sign in to your account.

Step 3 — Pay the visa fee

Pay the visa application fee (payment can now be made directly online via the USVisaScheduling platform).

Step 4 — Close any open applications

From the platform’s Visa Application Home, open the left-hand menu and select “Close Application and Start New Application.” Click “Close All Open Applications” to close any active applications.

After you complete the steps above, kindly:

  1. Download and complete the spreadsheet (all fields are mandatory).

  2. Attach and send the payment receipt for the visa fee.
