We are proud to have advised Alive Renewable Holding Limited, subsidiary of Premier Energy PLC, on the successful acquisition of a 90% stake in Development Power Soalr Energy S.R.L.

This transaction paves the way for the development of a 49 MW DC solar park and a 16 MWh energy storage facility in Buzău County, Romania, with commercial operations projected to begin in the second half of 2025.

From due diligence and transaction documents drafting, to negotiation and closing, our team provided comprehensive legal guidance to facilitate a smooth and efficient deal.
