Vlasceanu & Partners is pleased to announce that we have assisted Alternativ Investment Solutions SRL, as part of the Econergy group, in securing the EUR 25,000,000 project financing granted by Vista Bank Romania for the development of the 56 MW Scurtu Mare photovoltaic project, a renewable energy investment that contributes to Romania’s growing solar generation capacity.
Our legal team provided full-scope assistance throughout the financing process, including conducting the legal due diligence on the project, supporting the negotiation of the financing package and related security arrangements and assisting our client through to signing.
