The first meeting of this autumn of the CELF Community - NNDKP's Centre of Excellence in Tax Litigation will take place on Thursday September 21, starting 3pm and will explore significant and topical issues related to Transfer Pricing (TP). The debate will tackle topics of interest such as the authorities' approaches to tax inspection - control topics, technical cases, procedural aspects regarding the transfer pricing file, voluntary transfer pricing adjustments and secondary adjustments, MAP, the practice of courts in transfer pricing.
The meeting, with the theme "Transfer Pricing: from tax inspection to court", will be moderated by Alina Timofti, Partner NNDKP Tax Advisory Services, who will be joined by Silviu Bădescu, Partner NNDKP Tax Advisory Services, Sorina Olaru, Partner NNDKP and Mihai Lupu, Partner, Transfer Pricing Services.
The meeting will have a duration of approximately 90 minutes and will take place on ZOOM. Participation is free for professionals from financial and legal departments, top managers and entrepreneurs, based on prior confirmation.
