Stratulat Albulescu Attorneys at Law (“SAA”) has advised IT Genetics on the acquisition of the entire share capital of Scale Expert, a Romanian company specialized in weighing solutions and systems dedicated to the retail, logistics and distribution sectors. The transaction marks IT Genetics’ first acquisition following its listing on the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange on 20 May 2026 and represents a strategic step in the company’s plans to further expand its technology portfolio and regional footprint.
The transaction comes at a time of increasing investments in automation and operational infrastructure, further strengthening IT Genetics’ position in a market segment with growing relevance both locally and internationally.
