The High Court of Cassation and Justice was referred by the Bucharest Court to issue a preliminary ruling regarding the interpretation of some legal matters related to the enforcement of court decisions issued by administrative courts against public authorities.

In this context, in a recent article, our colleague, Daniel Aragea – Partner -, analyzes the special conditions for the aggrieved party that must be respected, in the situation of court decision enforcement, issued against public authorities.
