In a recent article, Carmen-Alexandra Mureșan - Managing Associate - and Corina - Ioana Șerbănescu -  Associate – analyze various aspects found in judicial practice regarding the intersection of insolvency proceedings and civil proceedings, since often when the element of "insolvency" comes into play, the rules applicable to a process become complicated or at least modified.
