After a legal battle that lasted 6 years, the legal team consisting of Valeriu Stoica - Founding Partner -, Cătălina Dicu - Senior Partner - și Yolanda Beșleagă - Senior Associate - definitively won a complex litigation, through which the annulment of the administrative acts that were the basis for the construction of an ecological waste deposit financed with non-reimbursable EU funds was requested, at the same time requesting the abolition of the construction.

The court's decision is a benchmark for national jurisprudence in the matter of access to justice in environmental matters, confirming the principles that guarantee a responsible, rational, realistic and balanced access to justice, precisely so that the civil action - even more so in this matter - remains an efficient and useful one.
