Progress Foundation is looking for swimmer-fundraisers to make Waves of Good for CODE Kids at Swimathon Bucharest 2025!

by Fundatia Progress April 4, 2025

The fundraising campaign runs from March to June 20th, 2025 and the swimming event will take place at Otopeni Olympic Pool on June 14th – 15th, 2025.

CODE Kids is making waves at Swimathon Bucharest! This year, progress comes swimming in Romania’s largest sports fundraising competition - Swimathon Bucharest! Progress Foundation has joined the challenge with a mission: to raise funds for children in rural areas and we need YOU to make as many Waves of Good all together as possible!

Sign up or donate here: https://swimathonbucuresti.ro/organizatie/fundatia-progress

How can you get involved?

  • Join as a swimmer-fundraiser – Be part of our swimming team at the Otopeni Olympic Pool on June 14-15, raise funds in your community and support the future programmers from Romania’s rural villages!
  • Join as a virtual swimmer-fundraiser – Make waves online by spreading the word and gathering donations for CODE Kids!
  • Donate any amount – Every contribution helps young coders in rural areas learn programming and build a better future!
  • Spread the word – Tell your friends, family and colleagues about our project! Help us bring more supporters to back our young coders!

CODE Kids is making a splash, but we need your help! Join us in turning every lap, every call, every message and every social media post into a real opportunity for rural children eager to learn coding.

For more details, reach out to us on social media or through our Swimathon platform contact info: monica.elena.cotei@progressfoundation.ro or calling +40 723 288 768.
