Optim Project Management announces the successful completion and delivery of the Ana Hotels Europa project in Eforie Nord. This accomplishment marks another significant milestone in the company’s track record of delivering outstanding hospitality projects in partnership with Ana Hotels.

The renovation involved a thorough modernization effort aimed at enhancing the guest experience. With a total investment exceeding 14 million euro, Optim Project Management team focused on improving energy efficiency and modernizing the rooms, spa facilities and the public areas. The refurbishment works of more than 25,000 sqm began in late 2023 and were completed steadily in just 5 months, instead of the initially envisaged 6 months.

The guest rooms underwent a complete transformation, featuring modern designs and amenities to ensure guests’ comfort and satisfaction. Additionally, significant upgrades were made to enhance the energy efficiency, including thermal insulation and the restoration of balconies. Significant emphasis has been placed on the technology within the rooms, featuring modern ventilation systems and Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure a consistently refreshing and enjoyable atmosphere. Simultaneously, an IPTV system has been integrated, providing guests with access to information about the hotel's services and SPA facilities.

The renowned Ana Health Spa and the public areas of the hotel have been revitalized. The fitness centre has been extended and equipped with modern equipment to meet the needs of active guests, and the reception area has been reconfigured and modernized to provide customers with additional comfort in a lounge area.

Europa Hotel features 221 refurbished rooms, all offering stunning views of the Black Sea, as well as amenities such as a restaurant (400 seats), conference centre (900 sqm), garden (30,000 sqm), spa, an outdoor freshwater pool, a saltwater pool, an indoor saltwater pool and treatment rooms offering wellness, beauty and relaxation therapies and, most importantly, the famous Techirghiol mud therapies.
