Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen's (NNDKP) intellectual property practice was ranked first in the WTR 1000 guide published by the specialized trademark publication World Trademark Review. This is the second consecutive year that NNDKP's performance is being recognized in both areas researched by WTR 1000, i.e. prosecution and strategy, respectively enforcement and litigation.
Partner Ana-Maria Baciu, head of the intellectual property practice, is highly recommended as one of the top tier Romanian experts in the field.
