Only 3,000 sqm of A class office space is available for rent in MIRO Offices, the building developed by SPEEDWELL, located in Bucharest, Baneasa.

Located in the northern side of Bucharest, MIRO’s design concept is aesthetically pleasing and leaves an immediate impression on the viewers.

The building offers to its tenants 23,692 sqm of A class office spaces, with floor plates of over 4,570 sqm, a 1,700 sqm outdoor plaza, and parking places managed through a smart parking system.
