IMMOFINANZ brings its myhive office concept to Romania

by IMMOFINANZ Group January 26, 2017

IMMOFINANZ, one of the leading real estate investors in Romania, introduces its international office brand myhive to the local market, to be implemented in five of its class A office buildings in Bucharest. As such, the Iride 20 building of Iride Business Park and S-Park have already become myhive Iride 20 and myhive S-Park, after a transformation process through which the properties’ common areas now offer an extended service range and improved infrastructure to encourage socialization.

Plans call for the myhive concept to also be rolled-out at Metroffice, Victoria Park and the Iride 19 building, which will significantly improve tenants’ and visitors’ experience.

“myhive is the international office brand of IMMOFINANZ which stands for a friendly atmosphere driven by attentive staff and a hotel-inspired design as well as a number of services and amenities to enable tenants to focus on their business and attract the best talents. Both the friendly atmosphere and infrastructure encourage communication between our tenants and help our community managers to create a thriving community”, said Christian Traunfellner, Head of Asset Management Office of IMMOFINANZ. “In the first step of the brand’s roll-out we bring the myhive brand to 20 IMMOFINANZ office buildings in six countries: Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, Poland, Romania and Hungary.”

Five main characteristics

The myhive concept is centered around five main characteristics, which outline its core benefits: friendly and lively atmosphere, attentive staff, excellent infrastructure and services, ideal location for networking, good accessibility and modern mobility.

The official myhive launch in Romania is marked by the completion of the modernization process within myhive S-Park. The business park now becomes a myhive flagship project, after undergoing a full upgrade of its interior common areas, to include new sitting and socializing areas, new facilities and services. The exterior of the property will also be modernized, with a focus on green spaces, comfortable smoking and socializing areas.

“We are delighted that five of the office buildings in our local portfolio have been selected for the implementation of the myhive brand, Romania having, alongside Poland, the largest number of myhive locations in this first step. This new IMMOFINANZ concept is fully focused on the needs and expectations of tenants and their employees, and it is important for future myhive buildings to have a good location, efficient infrastructure and high degree of flexibility”, added Sorin Visoianu, Country Manager Operations Romania at IMMOFINANZ.

In Romania, IMMOFINANZ stands amongst the top office space owners with an office portfolio including eight standing properties, with a total rentable surface of almost 190,000 sqm, as well as the new Metroffice complex in Pipera, the first building of which covers 20,000 sqm.

IMMOFINANZ is a commercial real estate group whose activities are focused on the retail and office segments of eight core markets in Europe: Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Poland and Moscow. The management and development of properties form the group’s core business. The STOP SHOP (retail), VIVO! (retail) and myhive (office) brands create strong focal points for these activities and stand for quality and service. The real estate portfolio has a value of approx. EUR 5.2 billion and covers more than 350 properties. IMMOFINANZ is listed on the stock exchanges in Vienna (leading ATX index) and Warsaw. Further information under: http://www.immofinanz.com
