Starting this February, Athénée Palace Hilton launches the Bottomless Brunch, a brand new brunch concept brought to Bucharest for the first time. The Bottomless Brunch takes place every Sunday in Café Athénée, from 10am to 3pm, and serves a selection of classic breakfast options as well as a few slightly less traditional lunch choices, all cooked to order.

The Bottomless brunch is a popular concept in the UK, brought for the first time in Romania, and adjusted for guests in Bucharest. What’s different from other regular brunches is the 'unlimited' or 'boundless' concept for a la carte, which means that you can have as much food or drink as you like for the same price, prepared freshly to order, not buffet.

The bottomless offer is valid for two hours from the serve of the first drink, and guests will be able to order as many times as they please along with a refreshing cocktail menu available until the end of their culinary journey.

Bottomless Brunch with unlimited Prosecco or Cocktails

The Bottomless Brunch menu is split in between breakfast dishes, such as eggs and pancakes, as well as the lunch side with burgers or platters to share, and it adds bottomless cocktails for two whole hours. Whatever you go for, food envy is guaranteed!

The brunch package mixes eggs into a variety of flavours – from the eggs Benedict with Italian black truffles or eggs Royal with Caviar, to a smashed avocado and poached egg on brioche toast. To finish, try the homemade granola yoghurt or the vegan pancakes with berries and maple syrup – it’s almost too pretty to eat. By the time you finish, the good mood is really taking off, helped along nicely by perpetually topped-up glasses.

While you graze through the set menu, bottomless drinks are served to accompany the mid-morning feast: whether you're after limitless cocktails or bubbles to enjoy with your friends, or you just fancy a Mimosa with your mom - it's all here. There’s no better excuse to have a drink before 11am. To make the atmosphere complete, live DJs also crank up the daytime party vibe in the café.
