Bayer announces the appointment of Jennifer Gilberg as Country Division Head (CDH) for Crop Science division for the Country Group Romania, Bulgaria, and the Republic of Moldova, succeeding Boualem Saidi. Following completion of local formalities, she will also assume the role of Managing Director of Bayer SRL.
In her dual leadership role, Jennifer will be responsible for driving the Crop Science division's strategic growth while overseeing Bayer's complete operations across all divisions as Managing Director. She will focus on strengthening the company's agricultural solutions portfolio and ensuring alignment with corporate goals while maintaining regulatory compliance across the region.
Jennifer brings 15 years of international experience in building and leading large commercial organizations, with expertise spanning marketing, sales effectiveness, customer experience, and digital transformation. Her career journey includes leadership positions across diverse markets including Colombia, Brazil, Spain, Germany, and Switzerland. Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and an International MBA from IE Business School in Madrid.

Jennifer will relocate to Bucharest with her family in September 2025, ensuring a smooth transition in collaboration with her predecessor. The company extends its gratitude to Boualem Saidi for his leadership and contributions over the past five years.
