On 14th September 2017, four top speakers will address the hot topics of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), producing effects from 25 May 2018, on a new event organised by Raluca Nechimis (through EMEA Conferences) – Special Counsel for Iordache & Partners. Cătălin Pătrașcu, Head of Information Security and Monitoring Department of CERT-RO, will show case the issue of security breaches, prevention and post breach measures.
Simona Sandru, the representative of the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing, will address the right to be forgotten, the portabilty of data, automated decision making, all with practical examples.
