FLEX is back in Romania!
High school students now have the chance to enjoy a unique study experience in the United States through a full scholarship offered by the FLEX program for the 2026–2027 academic year

Eligibility criteria:
- Romanian citizenship;
- Born between January 1, 2009, and December 31, 2010;
- Enrolled in 9th, 10th, or 11th grade during the 2025–2026 school year at a Romanian high school;
- Studying English in high school;
- Eligible for a U.S. visa and have not stayed in the U.S. for more than 3 months in the past 5 years.
In Romania, the FLEX Program is co-funded by the U.S. Government through the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA), by the Romanian Ministry of Education and Research, and implemented by American Councils for International Education.
