This conversation follows the recent release of the findings of the 8th AmCham Business Barometer: AI ranks 2nd among global trends affecting businesses in Romania (61% of respondents in 2026 down from 71% in 2025), with companies shifting from seeing it as a disruption to embracing it as a driver of efficiency and innovation.

The question is no longer if AI changes the way we work, but whether we are building the right capabilities to work alongside it.
