On June 9–10, AmCham members in the delegation will meet with the Romanian Permanent Representation to the EU, the European Parliament, and key European Commission Directorates-General (DG CONNECT, DG Environment, DG GROW) to discuss the legislative files currently shaping the EU policy agenda:

• Digital: Digital Omnibus, Digital Networks Act, AI Act implementation, Digital Fairness Act, Cloud and AI Development Act (CAIDA)
• Environment: Packaging & Packaging Waste Regulation, Circular Economy Act, Single-Use Plastics Directive, CBAM, PFAS restriction under REAC
