AmCham Romania is pleased to share that the OCDE Anticorruption Network (ACN) has recognized the “Roundtable with SEOs” a joint AmCham Romania – Ministry of Justice initiative, as best practice in transferring corporate governance from private to public companies.

The project was presented by the Ministry of Justice (attending in person) and AmCham Romania (attending online) in the December 2023 meeting of the OECD ACN Business Integrity Group which gathered European and Central Asian countries.

Following the recognition in this context, the best practice is now also featured in the collective actions recommendations by the Basel Institute on Governance, on its resource page, here: https://collective-action.com/explore/initiatives/2197/ .

The “Roundtable with SEOs” is an initiative developed by the AmCham Romania Corporate Governance Committee in partnership with the Ministry of finance.
