CDR releases a press statement to signal the lack of consultations and transparency regarding the fiscal and budgetary measures

CDR releases a press statement to signal the lack of consultations and transparency regarding the fiscal and budgetary measures announced by the Ministry of Public Finances in the context of the budgetary revision project.

Less than a year after GEO 114/2018, the Government once again fails to observe the principles and legal provisions regarding transparency in the decision-making by adopting fiscal and budgetary measures without prior impact studies and consultations with all impacted stakeholders, an approach that already proved to be unsustainable and inefficient.

The CDR press release can be accesed online here: https://coalitia.org/ro/2019/08/07/comunicat-de-presa-cdr-referitor-la-ordonanta-de-reglementare-a-unor-masuri-fiscal-bugetare/

Coaliția pentru Dezvoltarea României is a private, non-political initiative, gathering the most representative organizations for the business environment in Romania.
