Beginning January 2023 AmCham Romania takes over the rotating coordination mandate of the Coalition for Romania’s Development, for the fourth time since the CDR was established. The AmCham Board of Directors appointed Vice-President Cristian Sporiș to be the CDR Coordinator.
AmCham remains committed to enhancing the CDR dialogue with authorities based on a relevant agenda that addresses strategic topics for Romania’s economy, such as PNRR implementation, budgetary balance and sustainability, energy or Romania’s OECD and Schengen accession.
Currently, CDR positions are formulated and aligned at the level of several streams that bring together delegates appointed by the CDR member associations and are led by representatives appointed by organizations in the CDR Steering Committee.
For any CDR related matters, the AmCham contact person for CDR is Ana-Maria Ciobanu, Advocacy and External Relations Manager.
