Zimmer Biomet Holdings, world leader in medical technology, marked its investment of over EUR 3.5 million and the opening of the first office in Romania through an official event at the US Embassy in Bucharest. The event was attended by E.S. Kathleen Kavelec, the US Ambassador to Romania, Alexandru Rafila, the Romanian Minister of Health, Diana Păun, Presidential Adviser on public health, Zimmer Biomet management members, government officials and dignitaries. Special guest was Dumitru Prunariu, Romania's first astronaut.
