Rödl & Partner, together with the Timis Chamber of Commerce Industry and Agriculture, organized a seminar with a generous topic for the business community in the region, on March 30, 2017. In the first part of the seminar, Rödl & Partner’s specialists have presented the most relevant theoretical aspects regarding the file preparation, focusing on practical information and ways to reduce risks, in accordance with the current legislation on transfer pricing in Romania. At the end of the presentation, Rödl & Partner’s consultants emphasized the importance of the early preparation of the transfer pricing, file because it is a long process that needs careful planning, solid documentation, which requires a lot of information and details about the analyzed company.

The eligible activities and terms were presented, using concrete examples of companies that have accessed EU funding, based on the experience of Rödl & Partner that has successfully implemented such projects.
